Nationwide emergency call and service control center now VdS certified
In the second quarter of 2022, CIBORIUS was able to complete the certification of its own state-of-the-art nationwide emergency call and service control center in accordance with VdS 3138.
The CIBORIUS NSL processes and documents alarms and, above all, is responsible for the immediate response to emergency messages that precisely matches the specific situation. Depending on the type of alarm, e.g. in the case of fire or burglary, just a few seconds can make the difference between saving lives, preventing crime and the future of entire sites.
Professional implementation of NSL processes and the corresponding recognition according to VdS 3138 is therefore indispensable.
To ensure system openness and more precise networking, the computer scientists of our partner Security Robotics have specially developed the interface software ROI (Robot Ontology Interface). This integrates terminal devices such as robots, sensors and cameras as well as programs such as the control center software LISA integrated at CIBORIUS by Dr. Pfau Fernwirktechnik into an overall security system as required.
DIN 77200-2 and further certifications
As one of the first providers of security services in Germany, CIBORIUS Security Service Solutions Berlin GmbH has been certified in the extended area of DIN 77200.
The DIN 77200-2 deals with the extended requirements for special service areas and makes increased demands for e.g. the area of security services for the protection and refugee and asylum facilities (chap.8).
