The CIBORIUS emergency and service control centre is where everything comes together. Every day, emergency calls, malfunctions, fire or intruder alarms are received here, processed and immediately forwarded. In 2017, we decided to build this important hub in the CIBORIUS security network for ourselves. The result is a state-of-the-art emergency and service control centre in Frankfurt am Main. It has the capacity to centrally coordinate several thousand reports from all over Germany in a single day, and it operates around the clock, seven days a week.

CIBORIUS emergency and service control centre
The emergency and service control centre monitors fire, robbery and intruder alarm systems at our clients' locations throughout Germany using cutting-edge technology. The control centre operates 24 hours a day and can initiate a specifically selected response when an alarm is triggered. Once an alert is received, things have to move quickly. The incoming report is either forwarded to the police or CIBORIUS intervention units are dispatched to follow up on the alarm.
Our clients reap the benefits of our own control centre
With a direct line to the professional operators at our cutting-edge emergency and service control centre, our clients are assured of first-rate service and, most importantly, outstanding security. Using remote monitoring, CIBORIUS employees are able to simultaneously access multiple locations and clients. In the event of an emergency, they handle calls and messages, make contact with security staff on site or with the police and fire brigade, and initiate any necessary interventions. Of course, it is also possible to link your video surveillance to our control centre, so our operators can address trespassers or suspicious persons and deter them from committing further offences, while also gathering and storing vital evidence.
When the emergency and service control centre is called into action, calm is of the essence. Assessing the situation correctly and making the right objective decisions – this is the recipe for success for our operators. CIBORIUS employees undergo training as control centre specialists at VdS Schadenverhütung GmbH so that they can respond with confidence and a cool head in tense situations. Our security measures follow a continuously refined alarm and intervention plan, which is stringently adhered to during all incidents.
