The video surveillance is instantly transmitted to CIBORIUS' own emergency and service control centre. From here, sites are monitored on live video feeds. And thanks to the trained eye of our employees, suspicious activities are spotted on screen, so the action plan previously defined with our clients can be initiated right away – ensuring the best possible protection of people and property.
Smart planning averts damage
Taking action as soon as suspicion arises – this is made possible by remote video monitoring with a live feed to our own emergency and service control centre, using our own specially developed control centre software. Thanks to surveillance, damage, assaults, trespassing on company premises, public facilities or private property can often be prevented or at least limited at the earliest stage. For instance, an intruder alarm signal is received by the control centre.
Right away, the plan of action defined in advance with our clients is initiated: Depending on the arrangement, security personnel on site are notified to immediately proceed to the location, check what triggered the alarm and intervene if necessary. The fire service is called in to help if required. Our mobile unit checks on site whether the police need to be alerted and, of course, the client is informed. Other examples where our emergency and service control centre comes into play include a fire alarm being triggered or someone needing to be rescued from a lift.
Remote monitoring can reduce costs. The "digital patrol" has proven its worth with industrial and logistics clients, for example. Wherever technology brings additional support, personnel can be deployed in other positions. And besides, remote monitoring also adds a reassuring presence for your employees or visitors on site, who are grateful to have a video escort from our control centre as they make their way to car parks, for example, underground garages or less frequented areas.
